Exceptions

Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by circumstances beyond ONLYCBD's control, including:

• Any other cause of force majeure.

In these cases, ONLYCBD will not be responsible for any delays caused, although it will follow up with the transport company to facilitate the delivery of the order as soon as possible.

ONLYCBD will not be responsible for delays resulting from causes beyond its control once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

LEGALITY OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

ONLYCBD ships exclusively to those countries where, according to the information available at the time of purchase, the marketing of the offered products is compatible with the applicable regulations.

However, legislation regarding hemp-derived products can vary between countries and may even be subject to change without prior notice. In the event that a shipment is detained, rejected, or confiscated by the competent authorities due to legal, customs, or administrative restrictions in force in the destination country, ONLYCBD will not be responsible for such actions or the costs arising from them., provided that the shipment has been made in accordance with applicable Spanish and European Union regulations.

All products sold by ONLYCBD comply with current Spanish legislation and are shipped from Spain in accordance with the regulations applicable at the time of shipment.

RETURNS AND UNPICKED ORDERS

Due to the nature of the products marketed by ONLYCBD, Voluntary returns are not accepted. once the order has been shipped, except in those cases where the applicable regulations establish otherwise or when there is an error attributable to ONLYCBD.

In case of the order not picked up by the customer, If the order is rejected at the time of delivery or returned due to reasons attributable to the recipient (incorrect or incomplete address, repeated absence, failure to collect at the delivery point or any other circumstance beyond ONLYCBD's control), once received again at our facilities, the amount of the purchased products will be refunded.

The following will be deducted from the amount to be refunded:

• The shipping cost initially paid by ONLYCBD to send the order to the customer.
• The return shipping cost charged by the transport company, the amount of which will be equivalent to the cost of the outbound shipment.

Therefore, the refund will be made deducting round-trip transportation costs, regardless of whether the initial shipment was free as a result of a promotion or because the minimum amount set to obtain free shipping was exceeded.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, once we have verified the correct receipt of the returned order at our facilities and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from said reception.
